What is ReadyOp

What is ReadyOp? – ReadyOp is a secure web-based platform to support planning, response, command and communications for single agencies and unified commands. ReadyOp is designed for fast, efficient access to information, as well as the ability to plan, coordinate, direct and communicate with multiple persons, groups and agencies. ReadyOp is used for local, statewide and nationwide operations, multi-agency response, coordination and communications.

Planning and Preparation

ReadyOp provides a single, secure location to consolidate event plans, rosters, tasks, roles, groups and more.

  • Each organization has its own secure website to plan personnel, roles, operational and emergency plans, teams and groups that may be needed.
  • Assets can be listed along with their location, person to contact and other information that may be needed.
  • Diagrams, charts, maps, report forms, claim forms and other documentation can be securely stored, yet immediately available to authorized persons.
  • ReadyOp provides efficient planning and response for the Department of Homeland Security’s Incident Command System (ICS) and the corresponding Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) for healthcare.
  • Exercises, incident management and the planning, response and command and control during emergencies are faster, easier and more efficient.

ReadyOp Visual Displays/Dashboards

Visual Displays/Dashboards – ReadyOp provides the ability to build and maintain visual displays of the groups, teams and agencies that may be involved in an operation or response action. Each group is easily identified with icons for initiating immediate communications to one, several or all of the groups simultaneously. The groups and individuals listed in the groups are easily changed and updated in real time as needed. Icons provide a very fast and efficient way to send text messages, emails, alerts and forms to one person or many, including all personnel at a single location, agency or to persons in multiple locations and agencies.

Communications

ReadyOp provides multiple means for communicating with and between individuals, groups and agencies. Simple icons are used to initiate voice calls, conference calls, texts, emails, alerts, video and radio communications. Groups can be predefined or arranged ad hoc. Single and multi-agency communications are initiated easily, including multi-party, multi-agency and multi-location. Encrypted voice and video communications can also be launched via simple icons.

Radio Interoperability

One of the key features of ReadyOp is radio interoperability, enabling two-way radio conversations securely between radio groups. With ReadyOp, talk groups can communicate securely with other radio talk groups, regardless of location, frequency and brand of radio. Two-way radio communications can also be extended securely to smartphones or laptops of credentialed users. Our solution is now being used daily by government agencies in the United States and internationally.

ReadyOp DT features a smartphone application for enabling secure two-way radio communications between smartphones and radio talk groups. The ReadyOp DT application is available for both IPhone and Android-based smartphones. ReadyOp DT allows users to communicate securely regardless of their location so long as they have cellular connection. ReadyOp DT is often used during events to provide additional communication channels and capabilities when authorized DT users travel outside of their radio coverage area.

Files

ReadyOp includes the ability to store and access documents quickly. Forms, pictures, maps, tasks, blueprints, emergency operations plans and more can be stored and available. Uploading files is fast and simple, and once uploaded, the documents are available securely 24 hours a day from any location by all persons with authorized personnel. Updates to files are simple and as soon as uploaded, are immediately available to all authorized users.

Real Time Information Sharing

All authorized users, regardless of their location, are immediately sharing the same information including situation reports, maps and video. This “same page” concept improves situation awareness, response timing and coordination, potentially saving lives, time and money.

ReadyOp Fusion

The ability for multiple agencies and organizations to work in a coordinated fashion is important for optimizing use of personnel, time and resources. ReadyOp, with its unique web- based platform, provides a single site for planning, response, communication and coordination. All authorized persons access and share the same information, updates, roster, maps and other important information. ReadyOp also supports daily inter-agency communications and operations, enabling multiple agencies such as fire, law enforcement, universities, airports and hospitals to share information and communicate efficiently.

Multi-Agency Coordination

ReadyOp provides a single, simple yet efficient platform for command and control during events including multi-agency interaction. Law enforcement, fire, emergency operation centers and others can be part of the same ReadyOp platform, allowing separate operations, yet with immediate information sharing, communications and coordination. All authorized users, regardless of their location, are immediately sharing the same information.
